We are relocating to an area across country due to a new job.  The relocation package offered by my employer does not help in selling our home.  We need to sell our home fast, but don’t know how we should go about it.  Please advise.

2. Do you have a team or assistant?
3. Do you have a web presence where people online will find my home?
4. What is your communication with me during the sales process?
5. How are you different from other real estate agents in getting the most amount of money for my home?
6. Do yo have any testimonials from clients you have helped sell their home?  May I contact them?
7. Do you guarantee your performance?  In other words, will you release me from a listing agreement if you don’t sell my house?
8. Are you paid by commission?  How much?  How is your rate determined?
9. How will you price my home and how to did you come up with that price?
10. What kind of traditional and online marketing will you do to effectively sell my home?
