[Video] A Real Estate Agent I know Said Short Sales Rarely Close And Banks Do Not Approve Them

Question

I have a friend who is a real estate agent.  She said banks very rarely approve short sales.  Is this true?  Because I see short sales on homes in San Diego all the time?
